Repairs would be better served with an appointment being made so the right client/personal can be matched for service. We honor all appointments first, then walkins on a first arrived first served basis. With appointments first, arrival times may not reflect the order who is seen. If a customer responds in any unruly behavior the guarantee is resended with a total loss for the customer.
